Reduction is not recommended, however, water may be used in very small amounts (&lt;10%).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Environmental Restrictions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Substrate temperature 60\u00b0- 95\u00b0 F., RH &lt; 81%, Dew Point &gt; 5\u00b0 F. above substrate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>PRODUCT DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n<p>A fast-drying alkyd, thinned with water and designed for coating prepared metal. Low volatile organic content (VOC) and corrosion resistance make this product ideal for structural steel in preparation for top coat or as a short-term preservation method during lay-up or delayed construction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>SAFETY AND HANDLING<\/h3>\n<p>Always provide adequate ventilation and use appropriate organic vapor masks.
